Governance
SERVITES OF THE POOR is composed of two organs, the Board of Trustees and the Project Management Unit.
Board of Trustees is the highest governing body which meets annually and formulates polices & oversees implementation of the project; and
Project Management Unit is responsible for implementing the policies laid down by the Board of Trustees. It consists of an Executive Director, Financial Manager, Programme Coordinator and 2 Community Representatives. It meets on quarterly basis and if the situation demands, it will meet as frequently as possible in a year. All the projects of SERVITES are reviewed and supervised by professionals and qualified staff members.
